The main silicone keypads bases of FANCY are shenzhen and Vietnam, shenzhen is the operation core and management headquarters, Vietnam is the main production base. Project review
According to the 3D drawings or samples provided by customer, help to design products structure and process plan. (The quotation time is within 48 hours)

Mold making
Design the molds and fixtures based on the engineer's mold making and process plan, and then process into the finished mold (The mold making time is 3 or 5 days).

Sample production
Start to produce the samples based on the finished molds and the process of silicon keypads were confirmed by the engineers and customers. (the sample time is 5 or 7 days)

Sample inspection
Take the inspection for the samples by the testing instruments such as two dimensional projector and life tester ect. to ensure the quality.

Customer confirmation
Send the samples to customers for approval the samples whether they are ok or not.

Mass production
Start the mass production after the customer confirmed the samples OK and have sent us the normal outstanding orders.( the production capacity is 6K-10K pcs/ day)
